About Ta’heal
Ta’heal for VET Skills Excellence is a specialized venture from North Africa with a global vision, established to tackle one of today’s most pressing challenges: the persistent mismatch between education outcomes and labor market needs.
We work across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond to ensure that technical and vocational education and training (TVET) keeps pace with rapidly evolving economies. Our mission is to turn labor market challenges into opportunities by building demand-driven pathways to employment — locally, regionally, and through safe and ethical labor mobility across borders.
Through partnerships with governments, the private sector, and international organizations, Ta’heal anticipates global skills trends and delivers workforce solutions that generate lasting socio-economic impact.
Our Purpose
We are committed to:
- Reducing skills mismatches by aligning education and training with market needs.
- Empowering people with employability, entrepreneurial, and green skills.
- Driving sustainable development by embedding green and blue economy occupations.
- Building bridges between education and employment for inclusive, decent work opportunities.
