This project involved a comprehensive review and update of training manuals and participant handouts for the Supervisory Skills Training (SST) and Leadership Skills Training (LST) programs. The work ensured training content remained current, inclusive, and gender-responsive — with particular emphasis on accessibility for older adults and persons with disabilities, respect for diversity, and relevance to youth aged 18–35. A cohort of master trainers was subsequently trained to cascade these enhanced programs at scale.
Impact
- Modernized SST and LST training materials to reflect current leadership and supervisory best practices.
- Enhanced gender responsiveness and inclusivity across all training content.
- Improved accessibility for older adults, persons with disabilities, and diverse learner groups.
- Built a cadre of certified master trainers to sustain and scale program delivery.
